Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

📍 Hunterdon County, NJ | In-Home & Community Based

The Role

We are seeking a high-fidelity, bilingual (English/Spanish) RBT to provide 1:1 intervention. This is not a "corporate" position; you will report directly to the Clinical Director and receive founder-led supervision focused on sustainable independence for our families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) with 100% fidelity.
  • Precise data collection using research-backed systems.
  • Bilingual parent coaching and communication (English/Spanish).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (Written & Verbal).
  • Reliable transportation within Hunterdon County.
