The Role

We are seeking a high-fidelity Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 intervention in the Flemington area. This is a founder-led position; you will report directly to the Clinical Director and receive supervision focused on clinical integrity and sustainable independence for our families. Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) with 100% fidelity.
  • Precise data collection using research-backed systems.
  • Effective parent communication and coaching.
  • Collaboration with the Clinical Director to ensure case progress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Reliable transportation within the Flemington/Hunterdon County area.
  • Strong communication skills; Spanish language skills are a valued asset.
