The Role

We are seeking high-fidelity Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 intervention across New Jersey. While we welcome applicants from all regions, we are placing special emphasis on our core service areas including Somerville, Princeton, Flemington, New Brunswick, and surrounding communities. This is a founder-led position; you will report directly to the Clinical Director and receive supervision focused on clinical integrity and sustainable independence for our families. Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) with 100% fidelity.
  • Precise data collection using research-backed systems.
  • Effective parent communication and coaching.
  • Collaboration with the Clinical Director to ensure case progress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Reliable transportation within your designated New Jersey service area.
  • Strong communication skills; Spanish language skills are a valued asset.
