Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are fully In-Network with Horizon Commercial, Horizon NJ Medicaid (NJHealth), Cigna, and Aetna. We also actively utilize Single Case Agreements (SCA) to support United/Optum families. Official credentialing for NJ DDD is currently in progress.
